Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)


 As per UK law, customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the product. This does not apply to custom-made prescription eyeglasses.

Conditions for Returning Eyeglasses

  • Must be unworn, in original packaging, with all accessories.

  • Prescription eyeglasses are non-refundable unless an error was made on our part.

  • Opened contact lenses cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will offer a replacement at no extra charge.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
